Description

Samuel Stanley Bull was born in Derby on 30 June 1899, the son of Sarah Annie Bell, living at 19 Silver Hill Road, Derby and enlisting with the Grenadier Guards on 22 Jan 1915 aged 19 years 7 months and transferring to the Welsh Guards on 4 Apr 1915, posted to France on 14 Aug 1915 and receiving a Gin Shot Wound Left Arm on 22 May 1918.
