Description

Henry Clifford Rhodes Green served during the Boer War, including at the actions of Lombard's Kop and was present at the Defence of Ladysmith and commanded the 8th Battalion, King's Royal Rifle Corps and latterly the 2nd Battalion, entitled to the D.S.O., C.B., C.M.G, Croix de Guerre and Belgian Order of the Crown.
