Description

George Pratt was born in Totternhoe, Bedfordshire in 1883 and attested with the Rifle Brigade on 10 Oct 1901 and was posted to South Africa with the 5th Battalion on 21 Dec 1901, serving there until 3 Oct 1902.

On the outbreak of WWI, Pratt entered France with the 3rd Battalion, Rifle Brigade on 10 Sep 1914 and discharged on 16 Feb 1916.
