Pte. T. Heath served with the 1st Battalion, North Staffordshire Regiment in Sudan, further entitled to the Queen's Sudan Medal and Khedive's Sudan Medal with Hafir clasp.

Present at the operations at Dongola 1896, Heath is recorded as 'Invalided to England'.

Serving with the 2nd Battalion in South Africa, Heath is again recorded as 'Invalided' on the Queen's South Africa Medal Roll.
