Description

Albert Frank Rowden was born in Radnorshire, Wales and was the husband of Hilda Mary Rowden of Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire.

Rowden first served with the 1st Battalion, King's Shropshire Light Infantry on the Northwest Frontier in 1930.

Serving with the 1st Battalion, King's Shropshire Light Infantry at the outbreak of WWII, Rowden was Killed In Action on 25 May 1940, aged 36 years and is buried at ASCQ Communal Cemetery.
