Walter Dudley Hart served with the 5th (City of London) Battalion, The London Regiment (London Rifle Brigade) in France from 7 Dec 1917, transferring to the 15th (Prince of Wales's Own Civil Service Rifles) Battalion, The London Regiment on 11 Dec 1917 until he was made Prisoner of War on 23 Mar 1918, during the Kaiser's Spring Offensive.
