Frank Stevens Milliken of 146 Anfield Road was son of James and Mary Milliken and 2nd Lieutenant of the 19th (3rd City Pals) Battalion, King's Liverpool Regiment who Died of Wounds on 4 May 1917 at No.10 British Red Cross Hospital, France and is buried at Mont Huon Military Cemetery, Le Treport.
